Jib crane Description
The fixed-column cantilever crane is a new product developed by our factory with reference to the equipment introduced from West
Germany. It is a special lifting equipment designed according to user needs. It has the advantages of novel, reasonable and simple
structure, easy operation, flexible rotation and large working space. It is an energy-saving and efficient material lifting equipment. It
can be widely used in the production lines, assembly lines and up and down activities of machine tools in factories, mines and
workshops, as well as the lifting of heavy objects in warehouses, docks and other occasions.
This machine consists of a column device, a slewing device, a swing arm device, and a chain electric hoist. The lower end of the
column is fixed on the concrete foundation, and the swing arm rotates according to the user's needs. The slewing part is divided into
manual rotation and electric rotation. The chain electric hoist is installed on the swing arm track and is used to lift heavy objects.
Vacuum lifter Description
1. The maximum load capacity of the vacuum suction cup crane is 2000KG.
The lifting size of the suction cup is 1.5m*3m (the maximum can be customized to 2m*6m).
2. A full range of oil-free vacuum pumps. The ratio between the vacuum pump and the suction cup is reasonably configured.
3. Safety is the first priority during the transportation of plates, so the full range of vacuum suction cup cranes are equipped with vacuum check valves to keep the plates in the adsorption state for several minutes without falling in the event of an accidental power outage.
4. The suction cup is equipped with spring support to meet the different degrees of deformation of the plate, ensuring that the plate is handled with care and does not scratch the plate.
5. The position of the suction cup can be adjusted to meet the lifting and transportation of plates of different formats.
6. The design and manufacturing comply with the German UW and international CE safety certification.
2. Instructions for use of vacuum lifter;
1. The power supply of the lifter is 220V AC, that is, one live wire and one neutral wire. When using it for the first time, connect the power cord to the power plug, and use one end of the 1-2 square 3+1 sheathed wire to connect the lifter power plug, where L connects to the live wire, N connects to the neutral wire, and one end connects to the power supply.
