The Handling and Installation of Pneumatic Rocker Arm Loading Machine:

2.1 Notice
 

When the pneumatic rocker arm loading machine reaches the installation position, it must be operated in strict accordance with the measures

described in this manual. Please read and understand the following instructions in detail:

1, when using a crane or forklift to carry the pneumatic rocker arm booster, can not manually support the booster body!

2, handling, the operator can not climb or stand under the booster machine!

3, when installing the air source, it must be connected after cutting off gas, and set an eye-catching sign!

4, before starting the booster machine, it is necessary to confirm that the system installation is correct, to ensure safety!

5,When the pressure of the vacuum pressure gauge is lower than 0.04MPa, it is forbidden to lift the plate!

6, the customer unauthorized product transformation, not within the scope of the company's warranty, the company will not be responsible

1), it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum load, overload will cause equipment damage and other serious consequences!
2), the operation of the power machine must be entrusted to qualified personnel!
3), do not enter the range of activities of the booster, so as not to cause personal injury!
4). Do not touch moving mechanical parts to prevent personal injury!
 

2.2 Installation Environment of Pneumatic Rocker Arm Loading Machine:
 

1. Ensure that the levelness of the installation ground is within ±2°.
2. Ensure that the foundation is prefabricated according to the foundation drawing provided by our company.
3, ensure that the anchor screw position is correct.
4, The air supply pressure is within the range of 0.6-0.8MPa. (±10% or less)
5, ensure that the installation position has enough rocker arm movement space, pay attention to the rocker arm activity area set up safety isolation belt.
 

2.3 Basic Production of Pneumatic Rocker Arm Loading Machine:
 

The pneumatic rocker boom loading machine requires a precast concrete foundation,
1,Use one end with M20X80 thread section, 6 high strength bolts with 580mm length, and 4 bolts with 580mm length to weld into a rectangular box (as shown)
2, press the figure to make 2mm thick preset plate, external size: 700*700*2.
3, For prefabricated foundation, the 2mm thick prefabricated backing plate should be flush with the ground, and the height of the thread segment should be 60mm above the ground. The center of the anchor bolt overlapped with the center of the ∅21 positioning hole on the preset spacer.
