Vacuum lifter  Description 

 

 

1. The maximum load capacity of the vacuum suction cup crane is 2000KG.

The lifting size of the suction cup is 1.5m*3m (the maximum can be customized to 2m*6m).

2. A full range of oil-free vacuum pumps. The ratio between the vacuum pump and the suction cup is reasonably configured.

3. Safety is the first priority during the transportation of plates, so the full range of vacuum suction cup cranes are equipped with vacuum check valves to keep the plates in the adsorption state for several minutes without falling in the event of an accidental power outage.

4. The suction cup is equipped with spring support to meet the different degrees of deformation of the plate, ensuring that the plate is handled with care and does not scratch the plate.

5. The position of the suction cup can be adjusted to meet the lifting and transportation of plates of different formats.

6. The design and manufacturing comply with the German UW and international CE safety certification.

2. Instructions for use of vacuum lifter;

1. The power supply of the lifter is 220V AC, that is, one live wire and one neutral wire. When using it for the first time, connect the power cord to the power plug, and use one end of the 1-2 square 3+1 sheathed wire to connect the lifter power plug, where L connects to the live wire, N connects to the neutral wire, and one end connects to the power supply.

2. After starting the vacuum pump, push the handle slide valve to adsorb and release the suction cup and the plate

How to installation ?

1. Installation of the machine body:
1). Lift the column with a crane or forklift, adjust the position and height, align the 8 round holes on the column base with the 8 reserved bolts on the foundation, lay it flat, and tighten it with M20 nuts (with washers) to ensure reliable fixation. (As shown in the figure).
 

2. Use a crane or forklift to lift the rocker arm so that it is at the same level as the rocker arm fixing plate, align it with the threaded hole of the rocker arm fixing plate, and tighten it with M12 screws.

3, Connect the lift cylinder assembly to the rocker arm pulley and make the connection securely.


Debugging of pneumatic swing arm machine:

1). Adjust the air pressure to about 0.6-0.8MPa. The pressure gauge is located on the pressure reducing valve. The automatic drain valve at the bottom of the oil-water separation cup will automatically drain water when the air pressure is low.

2). Turn the [Up, Down] toggle switch on the control box to make the lift cylinder rise or fall. The lifting and lowering speed of the lift cylinder can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting screw on the lift cylinder air pipe joint. The adjusting screw at the upper end of the lift cylinder controls the lifting speed of the lift cylinder, and the adjusting screw at the lower end of the lift cylinder controls the lowering speed.

3). Move the suction cup group to try to suck the board. Move the suction cup group to the board, turn on the [Suction Board] switch, and check whether the pressure of the vacuum pressure gauge can reach -0.04MPa. If it is lower than -0.04MPa, please check whether there is any leakage in the pipeline or switch. If it is higher than this value, it can be used normally.

Pneumatic rocker auxiliary control box function introduction:

[Open]: Suction cup assembly vacuum switch, flip the switch upward to start the vacuum system and suck the plate.

[Off]: The vacuum switch of the suction cup assembly, turn the switch down to turn off the vacuum system, and blow air into the suction cup to release the board.

[Up]: Control the switch of the lifting cylinder. Flip the switch upward, the lifting cylinder will rise, driving the suction cup assembly to rise.

[Down]: Flip the switch downward, the lifting cylinder descends, driving the suction cup assembly to descend.

Precautions before use

1). Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by safety operating procedures.

2). Do not carry other objects except designated plates.

3). Do not carry plates weighing more than 500Kg.

4). Do not leave unattended loads in the air.

5). Regularly check whether each bolt fastener is loose. If loose, tighten it in time.

6). Connect the air source and adjust the air source pressure to 0.6-0.8MPa.
