The laser cutting loading and unloading vacuum suction cup is an auxiliary equipment for laser cutting machines and is used to automate the loading and unloading process. It uses vacuum suction cup technology to firmly fix the workpiece on the suction cup by generating negative pressure, thereby achieving fast and precise loading and unloading operations. Laser cutting loading and unloading vacuum suction cups usually consist of suction cups, vacuum pumps, control systems and other components.

The working principle of the vacuum suction cup for laser cutting loading and unloading is to use a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure, and through the sealed contact between the surface of the suction cup and the surface of the workpiece, the workpiece is firmly adsorbed on the suction cup. When loading, the suction cup absorbs the workpiece from above and moves it to the processing position; when unloading, the suction cup moves the processed workpiece from the processing position to the silo or conveyor belt below. The entire process is precisely controlled by the control system to ensure the accuracy and stability of loading and unloading operations.
