Vacuum Lifter 

The vacuum lifter uses an electric vacuum pump as the vacuum power source to generate vacuum to absorb the workpiece.
Instead of traditional plate hooks, vacuum suction cups are used to suck and lift plates. The product is widely used in laser cutting, processing and lifting of curtain wall glass, stone, steel plates and other plates. Intelligent alarm device

1. The maximum load capacity of the vacuum lifting crane is 800KG. The size of the lifting plate is 1.5m*3m (the maximum can be customized is 2m*6m).

2. Full range of oil-free vacuum pumps. The ratio of vacuum pump to suction cup is reasonable.

3. Safety is the first priority during plate transportation, so all series of vacuum cranes are equipped with vacuum check valves to keep the plates in an adsorbed state for several minutes in the event of an unexpected power outage.

4. The suction cup is equipped with spring support to meet different degrees of deformation of the board, ensuring that the board is handled with care and will not scratch the board.

5. The position of the suction cup is adjustable to meet the lifting needs of plates of different specifications.

7. Instructions for use of vacuum lift

1). The power supply of the crane is AC 220V, that is, one live wire and one neutral wire. For first time use, please connect the power cord to the power plug. Connect one end of the 1-2 square 3+1 sheathed wire to the elevator power plug, L to the live wire, N to the neutral wire, and one end to the power supply.
2). After starting the vacuum pump, remove the suction cup and suction cup.
