    The vacuum suction cup is connected to the vacuum suction cup through the air guide pipe, and then contacts the workpiece to be lifted, starts the vacuum suction, generates negative pressure in the suction cup, firmly adsorbs the workpiece to be lifted, and the pipeline starts to lift the workpiece. Then, when the workpiece to be lifted is transported to the destination, the negative pressure in the vacuum suction cup is flattened or symmetrically positive through power, and the vacuum suction cup is separated from the workpiece to be lifted, thus completing the lifting task of the workpiece.

1. Advanced safety protection device-vacuum automatic compensation system.

The system can not only automatically lock the air circuit, form a sealed environment and continuously supply pressure, but also automatically detect whether the air pressure is sufficient; if the air pressure is insufficient, the system will automatically run to ensure sufficient vacuum for suction and lifting; compared with the market solution that only maintains the vacuum state by sealing the air circuit and manually adjusting the air pressure, automatic vacuum compensation greatly improves production safety and operation stability.

2. Intelligent alarm device

When the automatic detection system determines that the vacuum pressure is lower than the set value of 50, the vacuum alarm will sound and light alarm and quickly replenish the vacuum supply (only 1.5 seconds). When the vacuum pressure is lower than the specified value, an alarm will be automatically sounded.

Packaging and delivery

1. The factory has sufficient semi-finished product inventory to meet the needs of fast delivery.

2. Use sturdy export plywood boxes for packaging to ensure that the product is properly protected during transportation.

Safety precautions

1. Labor protection supplies must be worn before going to work, and operators must be specially trained and qualified before they can go to work.

2. Before lifting, check whether the various parts of the suction cup crane are firm and reliable, meet the use standards, and can only be used after confirming that they are intact.

3. When the suction cup is suspended, there must be 8 symmetrical suction cups for adsorbing items. It is strictly forbidden to operate heavy objects to prevent injuries caused by falling due to loose suction.

4. When lifting, make sure that the required pressure is reached before slowly lifting. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to pass under the equipment. Personnel should stand at both ends of the material, hold the upper end of the material, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the lifting object to prevent crowding and injury.

5. After the vacuum lifter is used, it should be turned off or unplugged in time and placed in the designated location.

6. The plate lifting process should be directed on-site by the person in charge of the operation area or a designated person.

7. Before lifting, check whether the suction cup bolts are loose, whether the welds are cracked, and whether the hoist body, vacuum system and suction cup parts are abnormal. Before operation, check whether the vacuum pump, manual slide valve, pressure relay, vacuum gauge, rubber suction cup and other components are intact, and whether the pipelines and joints are intact and leak-free. After adjusting the length and width of the suction cup frame, the top screw should be restored to the top tightening position. Before using the suction cup, ensure that it is intact. It should be checked once a week, and if there is any damage, it should be recorded. It can only be used after repair or update.

8. Check the vacuum system at least once per shift to see if the rubber suction cup has fallen off, if the vacuum pump is operating normally, if the pipeline is leaking or damaged, and if so, replace it.

9. Replace the filter element every six months.
