They are mainly used for loading and unloading of metal processing equipment such as laser cutting machine and laser machine, as well as warehouse transportation of metal plates, installation of new composite materials such as metal cold storage panels, etc. It can be used with crane, forklift, manipulator, outdoor crane and other equipment, the scope of application is very wide.

Product Description

     Suitable for steel plates of various characteristics with oil stains or rust of different sizes, the product adopts a manually designed handle: operating handle, simple and safe local galvanizing, and different lengths of main beams and crossbeams are configured according to different workpiece sizes.
    The vacuum lifting equipment adopts modularization, operating handle, load and main beam, and vacuum suction cup can be customized according to the working conditions. The vacuum generating device provides the necessary suction for the handling operation and is transferred to the workpiece by the vacuum suction cup. To ensure safety, the aluminum load-bearing main beam is also used as a vacuum accumulator.

When the automatic detection system determines that the vacuum pressure is lower than the set value of 50, the vacuum alarm will sound and light alarm and provide efficient supply (only 1.5 seconds).
