Q5: In order to provide you with the most suitable design solution, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with the following information:

Use and maintenance

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, and operation methods of the
cantilever crane, and overload use is strictly prohibited.

2. The operator should check and confirm whether the start button is in the stop position and
whether all electrical and mechanical parts are safe and easy to use before use.

3. Before lifting the workpiece, start the empty truck first to perform empty-load operation.
The following inspection items need to be completed first:
a. Whether the button reliably controls the lifting and operation of the hoist;
b. Whether there are any abnormal sounds or smells during operation;

4. When lifting the workpiece, the hanging must be firm and stable. When lifting, the button should
be pressed first to tighten the chain of the heavy object before lifting. Check whether the hanging
buckle is fastened firmly and keep the heavy object slightly off the ground. After testing, there is
no problem. Lift the problem again.

5. Heavy objects must be lifted in a vertical position, and diagonal lifting is strictly prohibited.

6. During the entire lifting process, it is strictly forbidden for the hanging object to pass over
people's heads, and it is strictly forbidden for anyone to be directly underneath the hanging object.

7. Do not pull the hoist chain violently when rotating to prevent the hanging object from losing
control due to inertia during the lifting process.

8. It is strictly prohibited to hang heavy objects in the air for a long time.

9. Keep the flashlight door button clean and dry, and do not operate the flashlight door with water
on your hands.

10. If the operator finds any abnormality during use, he must make an emergency stop immediately
and maintenance personnel notify to check.

11. Every six months, the rotating parts should be repainted or repainted on the lower wing surface
of the crossbeam (at the running track) to remove accumulations and rack objects. The paint on
the rack may peel off.
